Sales Operations Manager
Current• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the QR payment ecosystem through Merchant acquisition.• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including lead generation, merchant acquisition, and relationship management.• Develop & optimize different processes and workflows to increase efficiency and streamline operations.• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.• Provide ongoing training and support to sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to merchant acquisition.• Set monthly acquisition targets as per management directive.• Support regional sales team members in achieving acquisition targets.• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.• Route and Team assignment of Sales force• Lead special projects• Identify Merchant base for generate MID for NPSB QR• Handle transaction-related queries and ensure resolution.• Address PRA-related queries and provide resolutions.• Manage & Investigate complaints, disputes & chargeback requests.• Manage CRM Web and App for the Sales Team, including daily operations, analysis of new feature requirements, CRM administration, feature testing, and UAT.
