I sell tennis shoes, racquets, apparel, accessories, and strings while stringing racquets and maintaining racquet and string inventory levels in a retail environment.

As a Special Projects Coordinator, I focus on optimizing current departmental procedures, streamlining access to resources, and providing tutorials for professional staff members. My two biggest projects have been overhauling how the budget is internally tracked and creating screen-recording tutorials. As an Office Manager, I oversaw all of the administrative duties that are carried out by fellow Resident Assistants. I ensured that keys, fobs, mail and duty were promptly and properly handled. I am also tasked with innovating and improving the current practices in order to bring clarity and ease to the already stressful job. My most impressive innovation was my Duty Scheduling Excel Workbook.As a Resident Assistant, I acted as a resource to college freshmen. Depending on each individual situation and resident, my used to vary from being an information center to providing counsel in life crises. Additionally, I aide in providing the residents with a safe and inclusive community to share and expand their talents.

There were a few main components to my job. I executed sales reports in Microsoft Excel, I formatted line sheets, I organized the showroom lines, and I conducted special projects, mostly related to inventory management. Additionally, I accompanied the president and her key accounts manager to the Miami Trade Show as a technological troubleshooter and fashion show coordinator.

I worked with a group of junior players to develop their tennis strategy, form and fitness. I achieved this through creating and implementing lessons with physical and mental components that lead to increased capabilities on the tennis court. Also, I managed tournaments with up to 16 kids on 6 courts.

I set and administered my own sales appointments. I would do in-home presentations for clients, receive orders, and obtain referrals for later appointments. I sold over $2500 worth of product within the first 10 days and finished with over $3000 by the end of my commitment. Additionally, I attended a personal development conference.
