I started at Walgreens as my first job out of high school, which I then worked at through college up to a management position. From there I decided I wanted to do something more hands-on, so I moved into a role as a service technician at Jerry Kelly HVAC. I learned valuable mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills from my time doing service work, but my real interest lies with computers and technology. To this end, I have moved in to a role at CE Jarrell as an Electronic Monitoring Service Specialist, keeping the HVAC systems of commercial equipment on track. After I completed my Cybersecurity degree at Lindenwood, I took over as System Administrator and have continued to hardened the systems and policies at CEJarrell to keep up with the evolving threat landscape. I look forward to using all the knowledge I will gain to protect the people I know and anyone I can from the threats faced by the digital world today.
