o Managing different projects related to SRHR, Child Protection and Meaningful Youth Participation. Specifictasks include among others:o Managing ongoing programs: recording, monitoring and reporting (accountability) on progress and achievementso Developing new program proposals.o Managing relationships with country offices, implementing partners, consortium partners in the Netherlands as well as in the countries we work in, and with other relevant parties.o Independently providing guidance and advice to Plan’s country offices.o Making a substantive contribution to Plan Nederland's lobby and public campaigns.o Informing donors and other partners about the efforts and results of Plan’s work.

o Managing relationships with partners in programme countries and members of the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Alliance in the Netherlands.o Assessing narrative and financial proposals and reports from partner organizations.o Providing input for proposal writing.o Contributing to the development of SRHR interventions.o Regularly traveling to programme countries (in Africa) for consultation with and capacity strengthening of partners. o Planning and coordinating meetings.o Preparing project / programme contracts.o Carrying out administration and logistical tasks.

o Monitoring, analysing and reporting on developments in the fields of human rights, media diversity, good governance, rule of law, transitional justice, land rights and regionalsecurity.o Assessing project proposals and reports.o Drafting project closure documents and communication letters to partner organizations.o Relationship management with civil society organizations and Ugandan government institutions.o Events planning.o Writing speeches and press releases.

o Providing legal assistance to asylum-seekers throughout their asylum procedures.o Supporting asylum seekers in the search of the necessary documents for family reunification.
