Research Assistant to Professor Elena Dieckmann within the Dyson School of Design Engineering. Work involves lab work at ICL, prototyping, additive manufacture, data analysis and working with stakeholders in India.Full project is a collaboration with Professor Monto Mani of the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. Project aims to examine and identify a local, natural fibre waste (for example feather, straw, bagasse, jute, rice husk) which can be converted into sustainable symbiotic material to appropriately improve the thermal transmittance (U-Value) of an EoL-PV cladding concept developed by Professor Monto Mani. Imperial's role is also to study parametric design options for the cladding of PV panels.
