CurrentLead and manage content strategy solutions across all client accounts, overseeing collaborative and collective efforts to enhance the creative process at the highest levels; clients have included Fortune 100 companies within financial services, private and health insurance, leisure and hospitality, lifestyle brands, consultancies and more.Provide expert-level guidance and strategic development in support of current project needs, from ecosystem strategies to product design; active account presence between agency teams and client executive suiteLatest focus includes ecosystem-wide solution sets for both B2B and B2C clients, utilizing the power of AI tools to unlock holistic content experiences in order to drive key KPIs, from increased lead gen capture to product sales, as well as helping brands re-imagine and reposition thought leadership strategies in order to capture more upstream awareness and brand loyalty.Define and set the direction of the content strategy discipline, overseeing resourcing, staffing, hiring; drive the continued evolution of content strategy, including AI technology content executions & designEvangelize the value of content strategy to current and potential clients and internal teams; communicate and work closely with Critical Mass leadership teams to drive organic and new business growthLead and manage cross-functional projects, successfully balancing role as primary upfront strategist with ongoing creative editor throughout design process; push the quality of creative outputs through variety of lenses, including global and localized considerations, future content management and governance considerations, and overall best practice content design workflows and practices.
