I am responsible for managing the processes and output for 3 offshore Operations teams located in our captive operations center in India. These teams consist of approximately 25 analysts and managers, and are responsible for supporting our General Property and Programs underwriting departments, as well as the Finance/Collections Customer Service team, which manages day-to-day communication with broker accounting departments.Responsibilities involve issue analysis & resolution, customer relationship management (internal and external), transitioning new tasks from onshore underwriting to the Operations teams, and continuous process improvement applying Lean/Six Sigma principles and tools.

Responsible for leading Lean Six Sigma process improvement/redesign projects for worldwide operations, including Americas, UK, Europe, and India.

Lead Lean Six Sigma projects, primarily in IT Operations (Application maintenance and production support), reducing operational expenses by 12-17% in 100+ person IT organizations.

Manage multiple priorities/ projects including current Business Analysis engagement in Small Commercial Technology and development of IT Leadership Development Program.

Engage in strategic planning and other board activities, including service on Supportive Housing and Social Media committee, in order to promote the mission of ending homelessness in the Greater Hartford area.
