As the Talent Acquisition Assistant for HBO's non-technology divisions, I am responsible for extensive and complex scheduling for a high volume recruiting team. Along with coordinating meetings between HR staff, employees, and other client groups within HBO. I work closely with the recruiters and Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency, process enhancement within HR, and create a positive and collaborative work environment.

I am a Finance Coordinator for the Center for Comprehensive Care (CCC) at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital. The CCC is one of the largest HIV clinics in the greater New York Area with three sites in Manhattan. My current duties include tracking and monitoring finances related to special funds, monitoring and reviewing Statement of Accounts for accuracy in salary distributions for the CCC, as well as facilitating preparation of monthly grant YTD financials for special funds accounts.

I worked as an administrative assistant for the Center for Comprehensive Care (CCC) at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital. The CCC is one of the largest HIV clinics in the greater New York Area with three sites in Manhattan. My administrative duties ranged from compiling documents for grant proposals and reports, scheduling meetings with staff and visiting doctors, and assisting in the design of marketing materials.

I worked for the associate vice president of public affairs for Quinnipiac University. I wrote press releases for upcoming events using Associated Press style, tracked media hits, wrote and edited announcements on the University’s intranet, and updated campus events calendar on the University’s intranet.

I was a T. Howard intern in the Sports and Special Events programming department. I worked on the online promotions for upcoming sporting events as well as any of the marketing campaigns for the upcoming events. I also updated and maintained the major sporting events calendar.
