Results: the DigitalDeal platform was created, which included tools for managing transactions in decentralized networks, an escrow agent on smart contracts allowing the parties involved in the transaction to record the terms of the transaction in the blockchain, automate transactions if the conditions are met, and the decentralized arbitration court SmartJustice allowing the parties involved in the transaction to resolve disputes with the involvement of third-party arbitrators, while the court was based on mathematical methods that made it possible to protect the parties from poor-quality proceedings and the fraud of arbitrators. The arbitrage model has been described, published and validated by scientific consultants, experts in economics, mathematics and game theory. Presentation of work results and reporting on the project to all interested parties.Results: The ASTRA product has been created, which reduces the average time for consideration of arbitration cases from 80 to 20 days, significantly reduces the cost of the arbitration process for large plaintiffs, allowing the parties to the dispute to completely switch to electronic document management in accordance with federal law, providing opportunities for remote participation in court hearings, allowing use the possibilities of expedited consideration of cases in the absence of parties in standard cases. The functionality at the core of the product became the reason for the initiation of amendments to the Federal Law on Arbitration Courts.
