I'm a mechanical engineer, working in the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment, at Princeton University, researching strategies for emissions abatement of our energy and transport systems with technical and economic systems analysis. My current research seeks to examine and identify solutions to bottlenecks in energy-system transitions. Previously, I worked as a Research Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Melbourne Energy Institute at The University of Melbourne. I researched least-cost decarbonisation pathways for our energy systems and market implications of this decarbonisation. I was an author of the Net Zero Australia Study.Before that, I undertook PhD studies at the University of Adelaide, investigating solar thermal technologies with potential application in power generation, thermal storage and mineral processing.
