Main Goal – Coordinate growth of effectiveness and workflow optimization within and between warehouses to get higher profit, support for Warehouse Supervisors’Duties• support for Technology Department coordination of implemented procedures, processes, checking their accuracy on the site• coordination of mobile system (barcodes and scanners), explaining misunderstandings, coordinating barcoding processes, reporting mistakes• equipment engineering – (noticing needs of new/change for pallets, , definition of required specifications, finding suppliers, sending offer requests) • work flow on warehouses (support on implementation, observing what is not working, what are the solutions, inventory)• being a support for Warehouse Managers in teams cooperation (seeing if changes are needed, new positions are needed, educating, motivating) • onsite visits (to search for problems, issues and solutions) • taking care of areas where different departments movements are meeting – (how to solve those problems, what are the reasons, how to solve root problems) • training on system (basics for newcomers) • training on using scanner (taking care if the algorithms are understood and followed) • logistic coordination and support for loading areas and cars, supply chain evaluation • Creating Department for Spare Parts (among other warehouses)
