Project: Vendor Management System, Contingent Workforce ManagementResponsibilities:• Java automation testing (Selenium, JUnit);• JavaScript Console Transformation support;• Different types of testing (with and without GUI verification, black- and grey-box techniques, smoke, exploratory, functional, security, regression etc.);• Requirements analysis and verification;• Close cooperation with PM, BA, development teams and customers;• Keep track of and report overall project QA status to the project team;• Ensure QA team’s compliance to all outlined processes and procedures;• Estimation of QA activities;• Ensure that developed documentation and other artefacts of testing meet thestandards/guidelines for testing. Keep QA documentation and other QA-relatedproject information up-to-date in Git, Wiki, etc;• Review and approve test scenarios, test cases, test results reports, and bugreports of team members;• Conduct on-boarding and coaching of new QA engineers;• Provide regular feedback and evaluation to QA team members via projectretrospective and 1:1 meetings;• Overall competence development of QA team members including knowledgesharing;• People management, including compensation, performance management,benefits, employee motivation, communication;• Work with project leads in understanding business needs, defining technicalissues, and proposing solutions;• Requirements analysis, work with business analysts to identify testingcoverage and ensure gaps in requirements are documented and addressed;• Provide quick and efficient QA team reaction on changes and requests;• Planning the work and priorities for QA team, distributing tasks between teammembers;• Managing and tracking day-to-day performance of QA team, prioritizing andassigning tasks, identifying and managing testing-related risks, and informingproject leads of potential shifts and risks related to the project;
