- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities and operationsof an engineering department;- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for theengineering and technical work performed in the department;· Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare specifications, explainproposals and present engineering reports and findings;- Preparing proposal related to the staff attestation. Train and mentoremployees in areas of the work;- Assign, co-ordinate and review the technical work of the department;- Recruit personnel and oversee development and maintenance of staffcompetence in required areas;- Directly in the design, development and inspection of technical projects orin the engineering work of the department.;- Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of thecompany’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategicpartnership. Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make surethat the work is done according to outlined specifications.

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects fromstart to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget;- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates;- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitorprogress against established schedules;- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions tocontractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers andsubcontractors;- Develop and implement quality control programs;- Represent company on matters such as business services and unioncontracts negotiation;- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients;- Direct the purchase of building materials;- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

- Performing geodetic works that ensure accurate transfer of constructionobjects in kind, preparation of graphic materials for registration ofallotments of land plots for the construction of buildings, canals, roads;- Carrying out instrumental surveys, calculations related to the preparationof plans, maps of the area;- Development and application of the latest methods of geodetic works.;- Performing surveying work and calculations for the creation of a referencenetwork, surveys and dimensions of mining workings, in-house processingof survey materials, drawing up drawings of mining graphicdocumentation;- Geodetic control of industrial, residential, hydraulic structures duringconstruction and operation;Interaction and consultations in the course of activity with otherspecialists.

- Collecting data about the object taken into operation. Analysis andevaluation of the information found. Checking the technical specifics;- Development and design of the general plan or individual parts of theproject according to the provided parameters;- Making functional changes to ready-made projects;Geodetic survey. Design of transport facilities. Working with a geodeticinstrument. (Level, total station);- Careful control over the implementation of ideas and adjustments made tothe developed drawings. Subsequent evaluation of the finished result.
