My responsibilities as a CTO are to manage the technology team, provide leadership and strategic direction for the company's technology initiatives, and work with other executive team members to align technology strategy with business goals. I was leading the Frontend Team and playing a major role in building, supporting, and evolving all of BeMyGuest’s main sales channels, including a B2C website, B2B Agents Marketplace, Partners’ Whitelabel and Xplore, the SaaS for travel suppliers. I built from scratch the PWA (Progressive Web App) for scanning and validating the entrance tickets for attractions, museums, and theme parks. I have introduced and adopted to the Team the Vue.js framework with TDD (Test Driven Development) approach, ESLint, Webpack. I was coordinating and participating in all our project's life cycles.
