Mobile Game Development Based on User feedback via TikTokIn an experimental venture, I spearheaded the creation of a unique mobile game entirely built upon real-time feedback and decisions made by users on TikTok. Engaging directly with our community, we harnessed their insights by conducting polls, analyzing comments, and hosting discussions to understand the desired features and game mechanics.The end result was a captivating quiz-based game centered around gaming knowledge tailored for a demographic of 7 to 15-year-olds. Incorporating RPG elements, the game boasts features such as skill sets, life points, mana, a progress map, and level advancements. Throughout this journey, my role as the founder and manager was pivotal in ideating and refining the game's functionality, overseeing the entire project management, with the exception of development itself.This collaborative approach not only led to a product that resonated deeply with its audience but also fostered a vibrant TikTok community, amassing over 10,000 followers and garnering 300,000 views replete with active user engagement.Platform: Android

Product created from idea to realization.The first step of prototyping was the analyze of competitors and their statistics. My next step was creation of Mindmap include all planned functional. After this I wrote user stories and created wireframes. For creation of my concept I inspired by Airbnb, Instagram, Unsplash and Pinterest. After creating the design I switched to branding. I tried to bring the bright colors of events, emotions, joy and fun. Social networks and ad were designed and launched. Google Analytics and Hotjar were connected.The product is currently in Beta
