I conducted negotiations with suppliers. I kept the reporting for owners (indicators of sales of goods and services).

I trained, I prepared and I tested the personnel. I kept the reporting external (for the importer – PII "Toyota Ukraine") and internal (for the director and accounts department). I carried out the constant analysis of the market of cars in the Dnepropetrovsk area (the price analysis, profiling of buyers, division of the market into segments, an assessment of segments and so forth). Partially I carried out functions of the marketing specialist, I helped to organize various actions from presentations of new models before exit test drives in other cities.I organized work of sales department of cars from scratch. I created motivational system of compensation of sales department of cars. I reached sales level in 20% of the market in the premium segment in Dnepropetrovsk.
