The project, financed by the World Bank and Clean Technologies Fund, consists of two components: implementation of energy efficiency investments specified in a participating District Heating company’s investment program; and support to Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services (Minregion) for Project management.Completed works realted to construction and installation of Central Heating Plant, Boiler Houses, Cogeneration Units, Heating Networks, Individual Heat Substations in the cities of Ukraine: Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kamyanets-Podilsky.
