My role involves overseeing key initiatives, coordinating across departments, and driving strategic improvements in operational processes.Currently, I am pursuing an MBA, which I plan to complete in 2025. This education complements my experience and prepares me for broader responsibilities, with a focus on aligning business strategy and innovation in agriculture.
