This position is a reorganization from the sales to customer success department. My focus is assisting with some pre-sales, but mainly driving post sales product adoption. This role is part services, part support, part training, and all trusted technical advisor. It is a cross functional position requiring coordination with multiple departments to drive.

This roll builds on my experience of helping customers manage ever-more-complex IT. As a CSA, I focus on a few specific customers to support their individual needs. This promotion formalized the management of one of the delivery team for NetIQ. I continued to assist with training development, development, delivery, public speaking, and other business collateral. As part of this role I helped to standardize and formalize our documentation and processes for consulting services as well as assume various HR.

This positions was an expansion of duties that included more presales, solution delivery oversight for large engagements, and continued to grow my participation in mentoring, user conventions, and public presentations such as webinars. During this role I began serving as the team lead for one of the Professional Services delivery teams.

I was originally hired to help with network monitoring. This grew into the VoIP practice for NetIQ. I also wrote training curriculum, delivered training, and I delivered consulting engagements. I became a regular presenter and contributor for the user convention and was involved with the technical demonstrations and advanced training.

Xerox Connect was a technology and consulting arm for Xerox Corporation. As principal consultant, I had both presales and delivery responsibilities. I was one of the staff MCSEs and helped with technical closings and client presentations. I also designed solutions and oversaw the delivery of them, or delivered them myself. Contract support for Sprint World Headquarters. Duties included PC support, Network Administration, Sniffer and Network Diagnostics. In this capacity I became Sniffer certified, in addition to my already-earned MCSE. I provided local administration and troubleshooting for the Sprint corporate networks.
