I have more than 25 years’ experience in IT. During this time, I have worked many roles: support, systems and network administrator, troubleshooter, consultant, technical sales, delivery manager, and team manager. I have lead various sized teams, including those composed of employees, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects across many industries. I have done this in most of the business verticals such as public sector, healthcare, financial, and many types of private industry. I have worked with government and fortune 50 to small business. I leverage our suite of products to craft solutions for a client's particular scenario. These solutions involve products, professional services, and training to enable the client. Once we have agreed upon a solution, I continue to carry the business through negotiations to contracting and delivery. This role is a broadening of the Principal Architect role and adds more defined sales responsibility to the otherwise continuing, complex technical requirements. I still am active as a senior technical resource in the various guises of training input, mentoring, and project oversight.

Xerox Connect was a technology and consulting arm for Xerox Corporation. As principal consultant, I had both presales and delivery responsibilities. I was one of the staff MCSEs and helped with technical closings and client presentations. I also designed solutions and oversaw the delivery of them, or delivered them myself. I was also involved with a team to help integrate Xerox's new network multifunction devices into existing customers. I worked with several strategic, large accounts to help broaden the footprint of Xerox services.
Consultant
Contract support for Sprint World Headquarters. Duties included PC support, Network Administration, Sniffer and Network Diagnostics. In this capacity I became Sniffer certified, in addition to my already-earned MCSE. I provided local administration and troubleshooting for the Sprint corporate networks. I was also in charge of the support team for the World Headquarters campus.
Sr Tech Support Technician
I started as one of the on-phone technical support staff. The promotion to Sr. TST had me training phone technicians. The training included new hire training in addition to new product and new systems training. I was part of the team that also created curricula for the various technical support roles at the Kansas City facility. As part of this role I also helped with escalated technical support issues and attended corporate meetings for the support organization.
