Formulating, directing and coordinating marketing and promotional activities, working with developers, advertisers, and promotion managers for marketing campaign development. Initiated development of corporate website with a brand new one, corporate video, corporate brochure, exhibition kit, etc. Evaluating the financial aspects of budgets and expenditures of all sales offices by comparing with the business generated and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Providing sales leads / new upcoming projects across India to all sales personnel Competitive and promotional analysis of product opportunities; provided analysis of competition’s product mix and market penetration; strategic analyses for new product/promotion potential. Preparation of different reports and power point presentations for senior management.
