I am passionate about mental health and wellbeing, diversity and equality, and my journey has been shaped by a background in the field. With a strong commitment to understanding and addressing mental health challenges, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and personal experience to the table. I am deeply empathetic and committed to fostering understanding and support to people experiencing challenges and concerns with their mental health and wellbeing. My Masters degree in Psychology and mental health and wellbeing, and employment experience for a mental health organisation equips me with the tools to contribute meaningfully to mental health advocacy and support. Through my work, I aim to destigmatize mental health issues, promote open conversations, and empower individuals to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing. Fostering a culture of compassion and resilience, where everybody feels heard, supported and empowered to manage their mental health and wellbeing. I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those touched by mental health concerns, through education, health promotion and person centred care.
