I understand how it can feel to be a young sustainability professional in the middle of our climate emergency. We are all eager to find a voice in the industry and drive positive climate action within our businesses. However, this can be hard without the working experience of current leaders in sustainability, especially when the climate crisis will affect our generation most.After 6 months of full-time work as a Junior Business Analyst at CarbonEES, I am now the Sustainability and Business Operations Manager – and I love my job.This is a role I have carved for myself. I have achieved this through expressing my passion for the industry and using my young energy to drive my work ethic.
