• Responsible for establishing medium to long-range strategic plans for programmes ensuring efficiency management across BU. • Providing leadership across functional process areas to solve complex and diverse issues that are identified through the test operation. • Maintains an oversight of key business transformation programmes in E2E Testing, monitoring performance against business objectives, scorecard and responding and recommending actions to trends and taking executive action.

• The role involved in directing, advising, designing and executing E2E testing across project and releases.• Responsible for establishing medium to long-range strategic plans for programmes ensuring efficiency management across E2E Test. • Provided leadership across functional process areas to solve complex and diverse issues that are identified through the operation of E2E Test. • Maintains an oversight of key business transformation programmes in E2E Testing, monitoring performance against business objectives, scorecard and responding and recommending actions to trends and taking executive action. • Involved in development and implementation of E2E testing methodologies to include tools, processes, procedures and applicable training.• Definition, measuring, tracking, reporting and controlling of test metrics • Quality management – understanding and implementation of CMMI processes • The role was very complex in that 90% of the test resources was at offshore resulting in over 200+ people in a different location with different mindsets and cultures that all need to be working in the same way. I was responsible for making this happen in an effective and sustainable manner.
