▪️Leading and conducting full-scale behavioural science projects, including problem scoping, behavioural diagnosis, experimental design ( Including A/B tests ), randomised controlled trials (RCTs), and data analytics to evaluate interventions' impact, leading to an ROI of 1:7. ▪️Driving the use of behavioural science and promoting an experimental mindset in the design of over 80 digital financial products. ▪️ Led over ten monthly experiments to drive an evidence-driven culture within the financial sector.

I teach the business experimentation course as part of the behavioural sciences bachelor's degree. Last year: - All the companies involved wanted to participate again in the next academic year- Students evaluated this class with a 9.56/10 overall mark- With one partner, we increased conversion rates by 24%, increasing their revenue by 60,000 USD

▪️Co-designed an intervention aiming to increase physical activity in deprived communities. We used commitment devices, incentives and messaging strategies. These strategies increased the average step count from 5000 before the programme to 7000.▪️Collaborated with an RCT that used priming to encourage learning behavioural change for one of their clients. I was in charge of analysing and visualising a dataset that tracked participants using R. The project got an innovation award and increased target learning behaviours between 64% and 70%.

▪️I managed more than 25 different clients per year, partnering with them to design and implement recruitment strategies to find the most suitable person for their openings. ▪️I was in charge of the online and offline networking, interviewing more than 450 candidates per year and everything else that was required until I was sure the person hired was adapting well to the new role. ▪️I lead workflow standardization, data analysis and the delivery of insights to improve the company’s performance.
