With more than 15 years of construction site supervision and 20 years of on-site experience that includes work as a union carpenter, Daniel Narducci is well-versed in all phases of construction. He has supervised project jobsites for large construction companies and owned a company that specialized in home renovations and raising houses for foundation repair.As Superintendent, Mr. Narducci is responsible for taking projects from interior demolition through close-out. Duties include implementing site logistics plans; monitoring jobsite safety programs; coordinating trades; interfacing daily with trade contractors; monitoring trade progress with respect to the construction schedule; and establishing and enforcing a quality control program. He also monitors onsite inspections and the results of the work of testing labs; reviews and verifies work in place; monitors manpower levels of all trades; coordinates construction activities with FF&E delivery and installation; verifies the completion of punch list items; and maintains the reports and logs necessary to carry out these functions.
