Currently, I am CEO and Principal Cloud and Security Training Architect of my own business, Captain Hyper-scaler, LLC, a Microsoft Learning Partner and CompTIA Authorized Delivery Partner. I am involved and specialize in training and content development, as well as product and service strategy. Previously, I have been the Global Principal Cloud Security Lead for Eviden, an atos business, led the Cloud Architect team at Opsgility, a Microsoft Learning Partner, have been a Senior Product Manager at global system integrators, Cloudreach, NTT Managed Services, and Ricoh, providing product strategy, life cycle, and service offerings for Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Services to maintain secure, compliant hosting with purpose-built infrastructure that clients need for their application environments. I also create and provide training for internal and external customers in workshop or certification preparation formats. I was with the RICOH family from 2006-2019 progressing through roles of increasing scope and responsibility. During this time, I have also received RICOH’s Service Excellence Award (for highest IT Services revenue in the U.S.) and was selected to participate in Ricoh’s Emerging Leaders Program in 2018.I leverage my hands-on network engineering and design experience coupled with the business acumen and project management skills to ensure critical project delivery that is on-time and within budget.
