Conducted in-depth training sessions in database usage for all new employees and refresher courses for current employees. Imported event participant records to database. Managed daily master list import process between donor database and online email tool (Salesforce Exact Target). Researched and reported on duplicate records from daily import. Created new mail-merge documents for gift acknowledgement process. Assisted with gift entry during peak season.
