As Technical Coordinator for an organization in Epic's Cloud (Epic Hosting), I guaranteed the success on the technical side through coordinated support, escalation management, issue resolution, disaster recovery planning, and maintaining all Hosted systems in line with best practices. I won the "Gold TC" award twice for performance in this role. • Successfully lead technical team to implement the first instance of Epic on a new code base (GT.M) in only 6 months despite rapidly changing scope, timelines, and project staffing on Epic’s cloud platform• Adapted Epic practices and functionality for novel use cases that required support of new data ingestion streams, custom analytics, and atypical device strategyIn my technical services ("TS") role, I supported oncology practices across the United States by resolving issues though investigation, debugging, and occasionally development. I worked best with my teams when we tackled large projects: upgrades, switching third-party labs, taking new functionality live, and working with customers to develop new Epic content. Some of these groundbreaking projects were presented at Epic's technical conference, XGM, and I hosted those presentations three years in a row.I also did internal work with Epic. Some of those projects included:• Product feature and metric design for the Oncology Care Model (OCM), an Advanced Payment Model from CMS/CMMI, from understanding regulatory documents to building workflows in our model system• Designed new Oncology KPIs regarding staging compliance and prior authorization denials • Founded a new internal workgroup to provide ongoing education on industry topics to our support team
