Director Of Sales Operations
Current• Define, execute and optimize core operational processes within the Sales, Marketing and Finance orgs to improve productivity and effectiveness, and to drive repeatable processes• Supply in-depth analytics, benchmarks and insights to the C-Suite• Model, design, implement and manage compensation plans for Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success• Provide governance for sales contracts; execute commission payments• Measure and analyze individual and company performance; troubleshoot problem areas; make recommendations for improvements• Work closely with exec team to ensure transparency in results measurement• Develop vision, define objectives, and project manage key initiatives including internal usage of Origami Logic, executive dashboards and reports, SKOs• Architect, evaluate, implement, and ensure adoption and compliance of technical platforms, particularly Salesforce.com and its integrated products • Originate and manage sales reporting and sales metrics• Monitor sales activity and model productivity• Track pipeline flow and conversion• Manage territory planning
