Managed the work experience team developing internship opportunities and other work placement schemes, contributed to the redevelopment of the Careers Centre's website, delivered career guidance sessions to a wide range of students and postgraduates with caseload responsibility for the School of Medicine. Contributed to the Career element of the Medical School's Curriculum Review, developing and delivering support for Foundation Applications and delivered workshops at the Medical Careers Fair.

I developed and delivered a careers service for junior doctors across the Yorkshire Deanery region - offering one-to-one career guidance, advice and training, application reviews and interview support. Also designed and delivered group sessions as part of the Foundation Programme Curriculum. Delivered Career Guidance Skills training to Consultants. Founder member of the AGCAS Medical Careers Adviser Network, chaired national careers conference and contributed to medical careers related working groups.
