- Organize, manage and develop Beauty & Health team, brands, products, and services.- Build up the Partnership Projects with Big Brands of FMCG (Unilever, Nivea, L’Oreal, Maybelline, Vichy, Shiseido…) and try to achieve business goals (revenue, customers and orders)- Analyze the customer behaviors, market trends, competitors…- Create the new trendy campaigns (launch new products, catch up new trends of the year…) and raise the awareness of customers about Beauty and Health Products- Follow and control inventory- People in charge for yearly Offline Events (Summer Sale 2017, Buffet Sale 2016 ….)

- Forecast sale in and sale out for my products and category - Build promotion campaigns for brands and suppliers- Worked with suppliers to find and negotiate the best price for the big campaign. Ensure the company have the best deal in both product quality and quantity- Analyze the campaign sale data. Write report and propose improvement for the next campaign- Control and manage inventory levels in accordance to sales and purchase objectives - Work closely with supplier, service and sales department on product quality related complaints

- Raise orders for suppliers- Control stock of products for sale on TIKI.VN- Report sale out for suppliers in the end of the month- Find more suppliers and brands with the best commission- Build and follow the promotion campaign form suppliers or brands - Support the customer service to solve the problem with customers
