Responsible for global accounting policies and external reporting.

Responsible for the development, improvement and implementation of accounting policy and procedures, and oversight of the SEC reporting process (10Q, 10K, etc). Assist in the development and review of financial controls. Plan, direct and coordinate research of technical accounting issues related to the Company. Review all initial and subsequent accounting for all Company acquisitions and dispositions. Work with all functional areas regarding deal structure for acquisitions and dispositions and the related accounting implications. Review and/or perform due diligence work on potential acquisitions.

Focused on providing support to both strategic and financial clients engaging in transactions including business combinations, acquisitions and divestitures in order to maximize value. This experience included managing full-service diligence engagements and advising clients in the assessment of historical and projected results, financial position and critical accounting policies, the identification and evaluation of key business drivers and gaining a comprehensive understanding of a company’s operations. Other principal responsibilities included managing teams providing transaction support/structuring (144A/private placement), financing support and accounting advisory (US GAAP and IFRS). Past deal experience included working with both for SEC and private clients in a variety of industries on transactions ranging in size from $5 million to over $3 billion.
