About Deannine (D’Nean) Cerbone

I have been a personal trainer for 30+ years . My clientele ranges between ages 12-86+… male and female. I am passionate about my career and health and wellness coaching is my next step, having graduated from Institution of Integrative Nutrition and continuously studying to stay up with the industry standards. I see the demand for 'functional training' and I am full force into it with my clients, therefore enabling them to be able to work both mentally and physically to help the body perform at a higher level. I am certified by A.C.E. (nearly 30 years)IIN Certified Health Coach, Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Professional for golf, and I also completed CrossFit Level 1 training and BEMER certified as an independent distributor. It is my job to educate and motivate!! I also have a keen perception when it comes to pre hab and rehab of surgeries. I am extremely experienced with special populations, elderly, post surgery, etc.
