Lead Business Analyst for the successful delivery of the ServiceNow Services Portal as a consolided services experience, I played a lead role in designing and implementing an integrated and user-centric solution that streamlined services management processes and enhanced the overall user experience. Partnering with stakeholders and vendors, I led a team in capturing and refining business requirements within an agile delivery environment. Utilising Human-Centered Design principles, I collaborated closely with a UX vendor to create a portal that was intuitive, accessible, and tailored to the needs of diverse user groups. The result was a robust, scalable services experience that improved service delivery and empowered users with greater transparency and self-service capabilities.
