Upon completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology, my unwavering passion for helping others propelled me through six years of dedicated service in non-for-profit organisations within the disability sector and government departments. During this time, I honed my professional skills and discovered what truly matters to me: compassion, authentic human connection, self-expression, growth, all generously seasoned with a healthy dose of humour. As the child of immigrant parents, I am also driven to raise awareness and dismantling cultural stigmas surrounding mental illness and suicide within Vietnamese communities.
