As the Team Lead, Niall was responsible for all things Remedy: administration, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancement requests and new development. Working with various vendors and contractors, he managed the migration of BMC Remedy AR System (7.0) and ITSM Suite (5.6) to version 8.1, as well as a new installation of 9.1. He administered and supported Incident Management and Change Management and consulted on the implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management solution. As a Sr. Systems Programmer, he worked with multiple lines of business to help design, develop, implement and support new software solutions to enhance their workflow, implement accountability and incorporate performance metrics. Developed an in-house Service Request solution used company wide, as well as a fraud case management system. Also built-out an existing application to integrate the remaining workflow and reduce paperwork.
