Inspire, plan, execute, encourage, adapt & overcome - Succeed. This is my personal "Mantra", developed over time thru successes, but also from plenty of "micro-failures"; to quote a phrase from a highly respected mentor. Having started multiple small businesses, I know what it is like to have someone's lively hood directly connected to my ability to inspire, motivate, be highly resourceful and tenacious when overcoming inevitable road-blocks, while always keeping the direction everyone is moving aligned with the big picture. My strength as a leader comes from a core desire to genuinely connect with people. This is a a strong personal trait that continually reminds me that first and foremost, the team I am working with, are people. Technically speaking, I have been a strong advocate of technology since I was an adolescent learning Basic for the first time. Professionally, I have had many different technical roles spanning over 20 years, both as a business owner, and as a contributor at large companies. I speak the language of both engineer, and executive and can often act as a type of translator, avoiding misunderstandings, misaligned expectations, ultimately saving time and/or avoiding loss. I am a creative problem solver that believes anything is possible with the right talent, and mindset at the core of each team member. These are the traits I encourage in others, and continually enforce in myself.
