In my few years working in many fields, I have honed my skill-set and accomplished a great deal. My last position was working as a Direct Support Professional at Community Options. I have also worked in doctors offices, restaurants, front desk clerk, many others. In that position I handled 40-60 calls daily, inbound / outbound regarding monthly mortgage payments, loan workout options and general questions regarding homeowners or clients loans. I've learned with my time there how to be empathetic and understanding to those impacted by pandemic or other life challenging unforeseen circumstances, Its not about how I feel its about finding a common ground or solution to keep the homeowner/ client happy.
