Through comprehensive training and development programs, we equip community members with the skills and knowledge necessary to safeguard themselves and their communities effectively. Magen Am's robust intelligence operation covers grassroots, boots-on-the-ground reporting and threat tracking, enabling our guards to stay informed about the ever-changing threat landscape.We heavily employ a "left of bang" philosophy, emphasizing de-escalation and verbal judo techniques in our approach to community safety.
