Representative transactions include:- Empire State Realty Trust Inc. and its affiliates in more than 100 various leasing transactions across its portfolio (including new leases, modifications, workouts and surrender agreements), brokerage agreements with tenant brokers, as well as leasing agreements with exclusive brokerage companies representing ownership - Phillips Auctioneers LLC in connection with several leases for both office and retail space in New York City and the Hamptons, as well as the negotiation of contractor agreements and related disputes- Gorillas Technologies US Inc. on leasing matters in connection with its expansion into the US market, including in New York, Chicago and San Francisco- Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, Inc. in various office and retail leasing transactions - The Sapir Organization in connection with leasing matters and landlord-tenant disputes- Ryan Serhant and Serhant LLC in connection with the formation of the new brokerage company, including the lease for Serhant LLC’s new headquarters at 372 West Broadway in Manhattan- Represented clients in connection with the purchase and sale of various commercial properties (shopping centers, mixed-use and retail buildings) in New York and Connecticut, including strategically advising on transaction structuring for Section 1031 purposes- Represented clients in the negotiation of various joint venture agreements in connection with real estate transactions

Provide strategic advice to businesses, including representing clients in litigation of their commercial disputes, and negotiation of their contracts. My litigation experience includes commercial real estate disputes, partnership disputes, employment litigation, breach of contract, and others. I have obtained favorable results for clients through settlements, trials, and prevailing on motions to dismiss and summary judgment. On the transactional side, I have negotiated JV and partnership agreements, license agreements, commercial leases, employment and independent contractor agreements, assignment contracts, and others.

Represented public companies, primarily financial institutions, in connection with various litigation matters and criminal investigations. As part of teams, I participated in the drafting of winning briefs, witness preparation, the depositions of key fact and expert witnesses, and the interviews of several witnesses by various departments of the government.
