I oversee a portfolio of seven commercial office buildings in the Greater Boston area. My primary responsibilities are budget creation and management, financial reporting, tenant/investor relations, and overseeing a team of engineering and management staff dedicated to day-to-day operations.

Seattle, Wa

I was responsible for financial reporting, budget creation, and investor relations in a 42-floor, one million SF, Class-A high-rise in Seattle's Central Business District. I directly managed the operating budget and I was part of the team coordinating programmed capital for 2016 including a major lobby renovation, building-wide restroom remodel, central plant overhaul, and curtain wall replacement.

I was responsible for lease administration and managing the security, janitorial, and parking contracts at a 42-floor, 934,000 SF, Class-A high-rise in Seattle's Central Business District. I also oversaw the life safety program and was intimately involved in day-to-day operations.

Woodlawn, Maryland

Managed the National Headquarters Building for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) (approx. 938,000 USF) and interfaced with the private sector to administer the agency’s surrounding leased facilities. Oversaw nearly $40 million in custodial and operations & maintenance contracts at CMS. This includes supervising the composting and recycling programs, which resulted in a 65% waste diversion rate in fiscal year 2012. Responsible for developing acquisition packages and serving as Project Manager on small construction projects (under $150,000).

Baltimore, Maryland

Administered over 30 Government-leased spaces for a wide range of Federal agencies including the Social Security Administration, the Department of Defense, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Department of Transportation. This included interfacing with private sector landlords and Government customers as well as managing small construction projects under $150,000.
