My role within the group is to manage the whole recruitment process, group wide, and head up a small internal recruitment team. In 2018-2019;We delivered 390 new starters within the businessWe increased the total number of staff from just under 1,200 to over 1,400 We held a sustained apprenticeship recruitment campaign, and increased the apprentices within the Group from 4, to over 50 Together Housing is a leading Housing Association in the North of England, from Salford & Blackburn in the West, to Hull in the East. We actively improve the lives of over 50,000 customers, across more than 38,000 homes. We have more than 1,400 staff supporting this. We are a non-profit making organisation, so any money that is made is invested straight back into the association for the benefit of both our residents and local communities.

I am responsible for the end to end recruitment process for the whole group. This currently covers 11 care homes, and ~650 employee's. I am responsible for cost saving wherever possible, as well as driving efficiency improvements in the overall recruitment process.I am also responsible for ensuring recruitment is completed across the group in a swift and efficient manager so that both internal stakeholders & candidates are left feeling happy.
