• As ReadyRoll became strategically important to Redgate's DevOps story, there was a need to scale the development team within the UK-based office. At this point, I shifted into a product consultant role in order to:
• Assist the development team with a refactoring effort, a pre-requisite to integrating ReadyRoll with other products in Redgate's Compliant DevOps offering. This involved assessing the risk of hundreds of incremental.
