Some key engagements:- VNG Corporation- DatVietVAC Group Holdings- POPS Worldwide- In Holding Corporation- Scommerce Investment Corporation- Mabuchi Motor Danang Co., Ltd.- Miss Universe Vietnam 2019etc.Achievement:- In-charge of auditing and preparing separate and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese accounting/ auditing standards and local regulation, IFRS and US GAAP.- Perform overall analyst reports, risk assessment related to the client’s business, budget, performance and internal operation process to plan, execute and conclude audit engagements.- Providing deviation analysis reports on balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flow statements including key performance indicators with prior figures, budget and marketable information to highlights extraordinary items and interpret financial results.- Creating Microsoft Excel model and preparing accurate and timely stand- alone, separate and consolidated financial statements.- Assist client with identifying internal control deficiencies and propose possible solutions for improvement in both operational and financial reporting processes.- Prepare audit plan related to budget cost, audit timeline and team members.- Manage team of 3-10 members to complete audit engagement in timeline.
