• Supports and coordinates the IT Business Support Systems, Projects and Operations Main Duties & Responsibilities.
• Support the operations and maintaining several Business Support Systems (CRM, Billing, Order Management, Service Fulfillment...).
• Handling the operations of the alternative channels and integrations with the OSS/BSS environment.
• Managing and participate in technical projects, controlling the change requests, and support in the delivery of marketing products and services.
• Investigate and resolve the issues related to the OSS/BSS by liaison with suppliers, technical departments, or managed services teams.
• Monitor and the KPIs related to the Business Support Systems and SLAs of managed services operations.
