We are now working at Package CP-1A: Major Infrastructure Development, Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Infrastructure Development Project in Hanoi, Vietnam.State briefly about my job and achievement:- Site Supervision- Design Coordination and design review- Quality and safety control according to Client and local standards and regulation- Works organization and day to day coordination with Contractors- Commissioning and issuance of defects list- Control and follow up of the defects repair- Commissioning and hand-over procedures execution and control- Reporting to MEP, construction and Project Manager

SAMSUNG C&T CORPORATION gives its customers the best possible value, with the world’s most advanced technological expertise and experience in the areas of Building, Civil Engineering Plant and Housing Works.We are currently working on construction of Samsung electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Factory Project.State briefly about my job and achievement:- To monitor and control the Piping Works ( Fire Fighting System, Waste/Waster Water System, Pumbing System, Steam Boilers System, Chiller Water System, Process Air Pipe System, Reverse Osmotic Water System, Cutting Oil System ... ) as per the quality management system.- To monitor and control the AHU System & Air Conditioner System as per the quality management system.- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure to meet specifications and safety or related standards- Take responsibility for on-site co-ordination, daily/weekly meetings with sub-contractors and specialist suppliers- Make and complete all reports: Daily report, night report, weekly report, monthly report.

Preparing and checking drawings, shop-drawings.- To guide the Subcontractors to carried out the job as per the specifications and shop drawings approved by the Owner/ consultant.- To inspect the works carried out by the manpower before issuing the inspection request to owner/ consultant in order to minimize any rejection on account of quality. Attend weekly site progress meeting with Consultant, Sub-contractors and other partners.Preparing site progress schedule, weekly and monthly reports.- To follow the organization's safety procedures and instructions to promote, create and maintain a safe and healthful working environment.

REI – Biwater in Viet Nam is Sub contractor of Gamuda engineering, we have designed and constructed Yen So Wastewater Treatment Plants Project. State briefly about my job and achievement:- To plan, organize and execute the construction/ M&E works of the project within the budget and time limit and to the entire satisfaction of consultant/ owner- To liaise with the Owner/ Consultant and the processing unit for smooth execution of construction/ M&E works of the project- To monitor and control the work as per the quality management system and identify issues in construction/ M&E works. Implementing QA/ QC & Safety system.- To guide the Site Foremen, Construction Team, Subcontractors to carried out the job as per the specifications and shop drawings approved by The Consultant- To inspect the works carried out by the manpower before issuing the inspection request to owner/ consultant in order to minimize any rejection on account of quality.
