Managing software development & product support teams

Responsible for managing the product team and project delivery teams for a portfolio of software & digital services including test automation, custom software development and integration services

* Brought 3 software products to the market and launched several professional services to complement those products.* Lead the the full-cycle of product development process from inception through budgeting, development and launch* Currently report to the CEO directly. Key stakeholder in making important product decisions: go-to-market strategy, 12-18 month product roadmap, licensing model and product pricing.* Assisted in closing multiple enterprise sales by giving product presentations and demos online and onsite, creating relevant sales enablement materials and managing proof-of-concept and jumpstart programs.* Support lead generation activities: marketing collateral creation, analyst briefing, reseller/partner channel development, etc.

Played technical, project management and customer facing roles in software development projects with team size 6-30+ members.* Design, develop and onsite support for enterprise software projects including HR management system, ticket management system, test automation tool, test management tool, test management dashboard server.* Applications developed include desktop, web, web services using C++, Java, JSP, C#, ASP.Net, SharePoint technologies.
