I have ten years experience in software development, and 5 years experience as head of delivery deppartment.Now, as head of delivery deparment from Japan to Vietnam, my responsibility is to ensure the quality of product before delivering to customer; connect and define working process between all locations; manage KPI, P&L of all development divsion of groups; help director of each division to control resource and expense; help sales to approach new customer; help to resolve claim & issue from customer; and in charge of training for talents of the group;I have passion with new things and every single day, I wake up and think about how to be a better version of mine.I always have confidence with starting new domain or applying new technology to help company can get project from big customers.
