- Working with contractors to process PVD and surcharge system.- Setting up temporary electrical substation to serve for project.- Working with Head of Industrial Zone for any arising issues related to power and water.- Checking capabilities and quality of suppliers on steel structures, piles, concrete…- Reviewing drawings for MEP system (Electric, pumping, mechanic, HVAC, firefighting, drainage system) before constructing.- Contributing ideas to make appropriate drawings to optimize technical aspects. - Inspecting incoming materials compliant with design and technical requirement before constructing on site and inspecting the working list on site.- Supervising construction contractors to ensure safety, quality and progress of project.- Supporting site manager on seeking suppliers of forklifts, generators, air compressors, electrical, mechanical and working with main contractors which meet technical requirements, quality and progress.- Cooperating with other departments in company and solving arising issues of contractors on site. - Understanding civil work and mechanical in Fabrication, Erection, Painting and Welding

- Participating 3 month training in Japan to enhance knowledge of new technology and get used to new working environment.- Managing, controlling machine installation. Using PLC of Mitsubishi and Siemens.- Taking responsibility of Safety, Quality of Machines.- Working with machine experts to resolve technical issues.- Prepare the spare parts, consumable and tooling for maintenance.

- Working and supervising contractors and having awareness of factory building process.- Having good knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Security, Public Address, Firefighting, Air Compressor...- Controlling documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with Company regulations.- Scheduling maintenance steps and executing daily operations complying with plan.- Making spare part list for utility equipment and taking responsibility of Safety procedure.- Developing budget, estimate labor , material and construction cost.- Contacting with supplier for negotiating material price and time delivery.- Having knowledge of TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) & 4M, 5S method
