- Evaluate compliance and effectiveness in financial and accounting activities of subsidiaries according to State regulations and group regulations.- Identify weakness in business internal control, corporate governance, accounting or tax issues and propose management solutions to the board of directors of subsidiaries.- Prepare audit report, follow-up on remedial action implementation.- Participate in providing comments to improve the control system and management documents of holding company and its subsidiaries;- Prepare reports of the Supervisory Board for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of member companies.

- Participate in auditing financial statements’ sections which were assigned by Audit Seniors;- Obtain the client’s information, perform analytical procedures to identify any audit finding and report to Audit Senior;- Consult issue regarding to tax and audit and accountant
